I was brought in as a consultant to address issues of attrition rates with regards to a user scenario with their web site. I conducted a heuristic evaluation and submitted my findings in an annotated wire frame format with references to competitor web sites, common-task best practices and recommendations.

I am helping migrate their student portal from WordPress to Alfresco. My roles included confirming the application taxonomy, analyzing the application user interface and making usability recommendations. Confirming the site flow and navigation taxonomy. Analyzing existing WordPress content to ensure it supplies the required document type elements according to our Alfresco taxonomy.
