I provide solutions based on what users expect and how they think; and on what stakeholders expect and how they measure success.
I utilize my background in psychology and interaction design to ensure that I am asking the right questions, listening to the right people, and analyzing and implementing the most effective solutions for both users and stakeholders.
I am an Interaction Designer and Certified Usability Analyst. How I think is analytical and creative, because for me there is no dichotomy between the two. I provide a very unique value that is based on my wide range of experiences and successes.
